Ensure you entered the proxy IP and port correctly on the receiving device. If the IP changes when you restart the hotspot, you must update it on your secondary devices.

Even the "hottest" configs usually have a hard limit. Your remote SSH server has bandwidth limits. If a server offers "unlimited" for free, it likely has a speed cap (e.g., 512 kbps) or logs out every 24 hours. True unlimited requires a paid VPS (Virtual Private Server).
