This is the most common problem reported on user forums. The cause is almost always one of two situations: either the Mold Wizard module has not been installed separately, or the installation has been performed but the user does not know how to navigate to the available library files. In the NX Reuse Library navigation pane, there is a collapsible menu called Member Selection that lists the actual mold base options. Expanding this menu reveals the available libraries. Many users mistakenly believe the installation failed when they simply need to expand this menu.
