A: If your motherboard is based on an AMD or other non-Intel chipset, the Intel utility may not work. For AMD systems, consider using the Gigabyte Windows USB Installation Tool , which has broader driver support, or the manual DISM method with drivers from your motherboard manufacturer's website.
The core issue is that Windows 7 was released before USB 3.0 technology was widespread. Modern Intel processors (4th generation and newer) no longer support the EHCI (USB 2.0) interface, relying instead on xHCI (USB 3.0/3.1).
Choose the USB drive that contains your Windows 7 installation files.
