Sometimes application installers try to overwrite newer runtimes with outdated baselines.
Addresses issues that could allow an attacker to compromise a Windows system through vulnerabilities in the Active Template Library (ATL).
The application manifest points to a specific build version of the 2008 SP1 library that is either missing or corrupt.
Open Control Panel → Programs and Features. Look for any entry named “Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable – x64”. Uninstall all of them. Reboot.
