Open the software on your computer (installed during the initial driver setup). Click Document for text or Photo for pictures.

Press the Stop button to clear the error. Ensure you are using clean, plain white A4 or Letter paper, and run the alignment again. Support Code 1300: Paper Jam Turn off the printer and unplug the power cable.
