This could indicate a bad flash or a problem with the ROM file. First boot takes – be patient
Swipe the slider at the bottom to confirm the wipe. Do not wipe Internal Storage unless you plan to transfer the ROM file from your PC via MTP afterward. Step 3: Flash the Custom ROM and GApps Reflash ROM + Pico GApps
