Your One-Time Password (OTP) has been sent to your registered email address and phone number. The OTP expires in 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back into a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors for this test to ensure maximum voltage delivery).
In rare cases, the scanner error is caused by a faulty mainboard rather than the scanner module itself. If you have systematically eliminated all other possibilities—clean reference strip, good ribbon cable, functioning scanner module, correct drivers and firmware—the mainboard is the likely culprit.
